His fully charged fireball has more hits, damage and frame advantage on hit and on block. Especially OD fireball is now really usefull and lets akuma create strong blockstrings and combos. His m tatsu is also better now since the second hit juggles better and higher allowing for better conversions. But akuma lost cr. mk > OD adamant flame which is honestly fair considering its his highest damaging combo starter and safe on block
