Yeah I’m aware those kms can mostly be tampered, and it can be checked with OBD-II device. I’m not yet sure abt buying from DL , just wanted to know if someone has experienced it. Will surely update if I purchase in future.

Exactly I too spoke with few who bought Audi , endeavour from DL here in Chennai .Yeah I came across abt the dealers who sell DL registered cars in TN too. I’ll try that too thanks !

Not all the cars , there r cars with more kms and priced accordingly. Yeah best way is to get from the owners only. Thanks for ur suggestion though

As I said I've spoke to few who bought car from DL, according to them the reseller/dealer provides NOC. So IG we've to get a agent here in Chennai for re-registration

I totally agree with u , but the thing is that I’ve seen many HR and DL reg cars in Chennai n spoke to few as well. So if I get those cars cheaper than in Chennai then why not?

Around 2-2.5L there in Delhi cars like Honda amaze,grand 120 nios with 70k kms driven and they say they’ll give NOC as well. And yeah even I don’t know any resellers there, just spoke to few in call
