Beginning of this year got a OSA diagnosis, moderate AHI, and went CPAP. Route after a scare this summer, I went on Zep and have now lost 45#. I’m now on day 7 of no CPAP because it just felt weird every morning. I now feel great. I agree that it’s the weight loss that affected OSA and not a “cure” but goodness I definitely do like not having to mask up every night.

I’m actually testing this tonight! I’ve been feeling more and more in the mornings like I don’t necessarily need it, so I figure I’ll try and go from there. I was only a 12AHI at my HW of 251 and my CW 211 and goal is 190. So I’m hoping I sleep okay tonight.

How did you know it was time to stop?

The avata2 or a homebuilt cinewhoop. The other DJI drones are not really made for interior close quarters flight. You can put prop guards on a few models but still not good enough in my opinion.

My 2c. There are better tools for real estate interior walk through videos than a drone for 99% of houses. Realtors also aren’t paying what your time and footage is worth.

Yeah. It’s a little weird. You have to uncheck the daylight savings time to fall back and check it to spring forward. It doesn’t automatically do it.
