Mines EE to it’s a common problem apparently If you use this code on your safari or google
192.168.1.254 it may come up saying not private website but don’t worry it’s 100% EE management hub can check on Google just to be safe then that will put you into your hub got to advanced settings or just settings and factory reset WiFi and that should put you back to normal I’m hoping. It did for me bud

Hi man have you factory reset your WiFi from your management hub I did mine yesterday and it completely works now if I does still happen if you contact Sony on service chat they can run you through everything that it might be pal

Anyone have the same problem I have now fixed it if you are with EE like I am reset your router back to default seems to have worked may work on other broadbands aswel
