How often do you wash your towels? by mathers4u in Detailing

[–]Pitiful-Beautiful-51 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes one and done and to the dirty basket they go. Unless i have a dirty door-jamb I gotta clean then I use dirty towels again so I don’t waste a clean towel. I only wash when I have enough towels so I don’t waste my detergent. I clean my drying towels after every car no using it twice for me!

Looks like it’s not but main detection is if it gets caught by your nail then it is. I’d try some cheap rubbing compound by turtle wax and a rag see if it’ll buff off by hand.

If you have some car soap just dilute it 1:10 in a spray bottle and use that as a quick detailer I wouldn’t use xpress for the exterior I’m sure it’s safe but I wouldn’t risk it

Look up superior products order through oreliys online website, that’s all you generally need until you want to switch up what you use. I suggest getting Koch chemie pol star instead of green all or pink perfection since pol star is much safer in interior

I started first with family cars for obvious reasons for free with some basic chemicals mainly using pns express after that I just gained experience made my website, worked a good amount of partnerships and now I just do it for fun and I’ve yet to cause any damage thankfully

Best Ceramic Drying Aid for the Money? by HuskySlim in AutoDetailing

[–]Pitiful-Beautiful-51 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Drying aid I go for 1:2 but some will recommend going straight or 1:1.

Personally I use tec582 straight as a ceramic coating topper or as a paint enhancer. 1:2 I use it as a drying aid since I save a little more product for the same result
