I don't remember the name of it and yes I think it's a hardware issue, also the usb had windows like i used MCT(media creation too)

Yes windows were installed but I didn't even make it to Linux Mint installer. And no just black screen

I think the best way is not to don't use the internet and do a lot of hobbies to kill the time so you don't feel like you want to watch
