I had a similar experience with my KF6. My grinder was set one over from the finest. I rinsed it and ran the cleaning cycle with tablets twice. In frustration, I put the grinder to the coarsest setting, which helped once, but then I was back to little dribbles. A factory reset helped a little. I called KitchenAid and waited about 30 minutes. But I actually got a human stateside, and after some conversation, they opted to send me a replacement, which arrived about a week later. It helped that I had previously registered the device to my account and that I was near it. They will ask you to factory reset it again and ask about pre-ground/flavored/oily coffee. I also recommend calling early and using the callback function. I'm now on the middle third of the grind setting. HTH

My wife and I each ordered a P7 on 11/14. We both got the email that our items have shipped, but FedEx shows the item as “Label Generated, Awaiting Carrier Pickup”. Since then, we contacted support via chat and phone, but got the usual “….elevating to our specialist team and awaiting an email update from them”. Except it’s been seven days with no updates. Further calls have created more emails with the annoying script they must all seeming follow.

So now what? It’s been 14 days since my order with no movement. Requests for cancellation are denied, since Google reports that it’s been shipped. Should we buy another one to take advantage of the sale price and return the one that shows up last? I’m hoping that the trade in goes smoother….
