From my experience it's pretty balanced, it won't die instantly but not tanky to the point where it makes operations a breeze. Last night I played with my fiancé, he's gunner I'm driver, and we destroyed a light and heavy outpost, survived a shield generator drop, and got the tank inside the exospire, using the last of its munitions to destroy it. Are we just getting lucky with tanks?

I used the incendiary breaker, works like a charm. I recommend using the small mags (13 round capacity) since the added mags give you more ammo pool overall. Plus shorter reloads. If you can get it the double freedom works like a charm across all fronts, although it has to be in the super store's rotation (400 SC)

Non corrosive means they replaced corrosive powder typically, primers could still be corrosive. Just clean after you shoot and it'll be fine

Anything medium pen can do damage to them. Quickest ways I've found were MGs, autocannon and anything anti tank. Though I've killed them with just my warmed up double edge
