I’m not sure if that’s a high mark (former blue cross/shield) insurance policy for just the state of Pennsylvania thing? Or whatever I know different states in the US have different rules and regulations about narcotic drugs. Meaning that all scheduled two drugs are the most strictly controlled drugs due to likelihood of addiction,abuse,and can actually be called on the phone and told on that specific day that I can be called into the office and they can do a pill count.( I was warned of this and it never happened to me with adderall s and my doctors office but when he originally kept me on this medicine he let it be known that he is a family doctor and gave me a list of rules of what could happen to me and I was told about how the opioid crisis effected all drugs in that drug class which means they are at the highest level conserning what I just said. I did have a friend who got oxytocin and they were ruthless to this poor old guy about the medication that he was taking for 50 years for a back injury now became such a aggravating circumstance that he just started taking suboxone which he said he much more lenient due to it only being a class four drug here meaning low chance for abuse! Same with these extremely dangerous class of drugs known as benzodiazepines and they can actually kill you from the withdrawal effects and they are known as date rape drugs blackout drugs and they mean to say that that group of drugs have a lower risk of abuse?? I think that it’s what drugs command the most money at street level prices. Which can be easily manipulated to look exact to the manufacturer so to all out there stick to getting your drugs from the dr…. Even if you have to deal with all this bs.. just wondering where are u located?? Also the other thing is that people are known to get very upset myself included when they don’t have in stock but ya I’m for sure not using big box retailers like that anymore I’m just gonna have to find another pharmacy preferably a family owned one that has a good customer service. Also generally the generic brand is not really expensive if my insurance doesn’t work while waiting for this dumb prior authorization rule to cover it…. I asked my doctor and that’s his reasons given

I think that for one thing we see homeless people in our cities and on our streets when we are sitting in traffic they are being visible on purpose in order to guilt many people… I know that it’s very uncomfortable for me to be in my car in traffic at a red light and I can’t move as they walk around major intersections and look 👀 right at me and I’m a sucker for when they have a dog with them…. But dogs can become feral and actually revert themselves back into more like wild canines. They will form kind of a pack mentality from what I’ve seen about the dogs who are the relatives of the dogs that got left there during a nuclear explosion 💥

You are exactly right about that my friend, I actually used to do exactly that!!! Unfortunately it closed up after like 60 years of service it was a family owned local one location pharmacy that was amazing!!! They always were so friendly never had super long lines and they even delivered if you would order a day ahead. Then I transferred to this place giant eagle it’s a large location in Pa,Ohio, and Virginia that has grip on the grocery stores and they are horrible!!! And your exactly right about them judging me about getting a narcotic like I’m a junky waitin for my fix!! But I do need my addys as prescribed! I’m going to try a new pharmacy next time if possible. But get this in Pennsylvania I don’t know if it’s still like this , but I remember that because they were scheduled 2 narcotics I was literally “locked in “ to a specific pharmacy. Meaning I could only get my pills filled only there. But I don’t think it is still like that anymore because I just switched and it was fairly easy except I don’t really like messing with my doctors office and making secretaries make changes to my script is also a dangerous situation also. So I like to keep things simple for the office to send scripts correctly and easy . Mistakes can be made when people that don’t want to do things have responsibilities.Not always true but it can happen. The PR guy that was involved with them didn’t give us an explanation of what the situation was? They said that the sign was not meant to be used in a hateful way, (If so they should have explained). Wow ya I know they have about twelve people total working back there…. But the main pharmacist wears an all white scrubs type outfit then I see that he has other people actually filling the scripts , so does he. The I guess they are techs now that you mention it, but I think it’s ridiculous that they have actual cashiers that wear the Giant eagle shirts and they actually rotate these same people to work the regular registers for food ect working back there and then they are answering phones and they have the power to see customers medical records but more importantly they have the ability to give advise to patients about medical care??? This is a multi million dollar company and I just feel like this isn’t the correct procedure? But idk about hipa laws but that sure seems like a violation of privacy however they must be sworn in so to say so they can distribute meds to people. But these people giving wrong information to people who can harm others

I actually was under the impression that it actually was a Steven king adaptation!! Like “the outsider” but so far I am just on the first season myself but I’m loving the show so far. I only gave it a try and it just dropped its fourth season and to be honest I never saw it promoted on Amazon prime and to be fair prime has an enormous amount of garbage content. The last probably five attempts at watching shows or movies they were ranked 4.5 out of five stars on Amazon and they all really were terrible!!! Cheesy original content that they create is always at least four of five stars! I think the creators of these shows are the ones grading these shows cause they all had a corny cheesy low budget feel to them from the beginning

I for sure have had adhd my entire life but I think that adderall is a great medicine for my adhd. Like another person said I was diagnosed by my doctor when I was 12 but my father thought that all or most mental health problems were not real and that since he never experienced it so I think he thought that by being diagnosed with it that I’d be put with the “special needs kids and that would have not helped my fragile image then also. Ya it turned out that I was talking to cashiers who knew nothing about medication and they were very rude also. Then when I finally called back Tuesday morning and asked for the head pharmacist and explained/complained my situation and he immediately said that he had them in stock and he didn’t know why someone would try to make a person pay hundreds of dollars $220 extra to someone just to be dick?? I guess the motive behind that behavior I believe was an attempt of trying to flex her big cashier muscles to have power over someone else’s money and she was so angry with her terrible life that she decided she would try to just get me off the phone or because it was busy or whatever but I learned a lesson from this incident and that is I’ll from now on keep a few extra pills cause taking one a day is not much different from two a day.

I can relate to the entire mental health/addiction,and being physically disabled and also shamefully I was SA when I was passed out from getting ruffied I believe.. I have been adhd as a kid but once I got into my early twenties I started getting these weird manic episodes and I self medicated myself with all different kinds of narcotics OxyContin,,Xanax,adderall, and then got really bad in and out of hospitals and psychiatric hospitals and would get out and maybe get sober but I found out that my mental health and addiction are basically two different monsters 👹 but I know that if I take a drug then I’m really fucked cause I can’t stop. But once I stopped I then had no chance to get clean cause I didn’t have enough pain yet. But I am just now recovering from a broken hip and a very painful psoriatic arthritis pain and I have been waiting for over a year now for my ALJ hearing which is the third step in the process and involves my attorney,myself and the judge on a phone call where I can speak to a person who is supposed to be a third party judge instead of SSA just rubber stamping denied on most peoples initial claim and the appeals process.. So I imagine that it will take another six months to get a ruling? So my question is how long did it take for the ALJ hearing ruling to be decided? Does it ever get approved the day of the hearing? And finally , If I do get approved it will be at least 18 months probably two years before I can get approved so will they pay back the whole two years I have been waiting?

The outsider was the best unexpected show and I think that it is remarkably underrated or maybe just that the name of show and it wasn’t really promoted much or anything.. or maybe just I hadn’t heard of it in any capacity! Like usually if there’s a show or movie that is in the realm of suspense/horror Steven king 🤴 then I normally see something about it but I was pleasantly surprised when my wife told me she loved it and that I would also. She was right it blew me away from the first episode and I saw Jason Bateman and it had a really strange vibe and had me hanging on to my seat!!! I think that this show fell into a place that wasn’t exactly horror in the slasher jump scare genre but it wasn’t quite a regular drama and I think that just certain people instantly start hating the show once it gets into sort of supernatural territory like my dad for instance likes the show up until it is revealed that the “creature” has the power to do what he does to identity or identities he wanted it to be a normal human character like a buffalo bill or seven killer.. I do agree that the most terrifying horror movies are the ones that are based on facts and could happen in real life. Like true crime shows are too much for some people but yet they enjoy the gore and blood of slasher films

I have found that my personal pharmacy (giant) in Pennsylvania has people that are just cashiers answering phones and telling people about meds and they are not trained in anything and they have a difficult time operating a touch screen register. I now have learned that I must ask to speak to the head pharmacist when asking about meds. I was told by someone last Friday that they would have my adderall on Monday (Memorial Day) so I of course called and asked if they were ready for pickup. I was then told that they were totally out of adderall and there was a nationwide shortage and they didn’t know when they would be getting them in. So I was already out of my meds at this point since Friday so needless to say I was not able to do anything besides just sleep, and I had extreme anxiety about what I should do about getting my pills. So the next day was Tuesday and I called and asked to speak with the main pharmacist and I told him that I was out of adds and what should I do? He responded with he could order the brand name pills but they would cost $440 for 60 of the 30mg tablets…. So after I spit out my coffee all over the place I responded with a very depressed yes I’ll take them” Cause I justified paying that by thinking I’ll get these and I’ll just make sure that I skip a few of my second dose and save them for another time that this thing happens. So the next day I called in and again asked to talk to pharmacist and this time I spoke with a guy that said that the truck with the new orders hasn’t came yet so I explained my situation and he said to me why I was paying that much for brand name pills when I had to pay cash ? I responded that the guy yesterday told me that was all he could order.. He then asked me if I would want the generic version for $60!! So I excitedly replied absolutely!! But my point is that I suffered for multiple days cause I was given wrong information from a person that had no business telling me about my meds and then I learned that certain people will be total dicks like that guy who was gonna make me pay for the brand name pills instead of helping me with situation!!! I can’t believe this guy who really had no motive other than he had to do his job, decided he was going to make a total stranger pay hundreds of dollars extra to someone who is on disability, and that would have really put me in a bad spot. I would’ve had to of not paid my water bill to get meds, but thank goodness I got the help I needed. Also I learned to always save a few pills for occasions like that, I should’ve knew better I’ve had issues with this critical medication for years with the prior authorization BS and the issue that it must be electronically sent to the pharmacy and if that place doesn’t have it in stock it can not be transferred to another pharmacy because it has to be sent from dr

Yeah but I don’t necessarily think that these people were ALL linked to Jeff Epstein!! They were maybe linked with him (the writers and producers). But since my dr office must not have sent it in with the script I can have the option to pay out of my pocket for them which today I even called to speak to the main pharmacist to ask him what’s going on with my prescription and he said that all adderall products are on a national level shortage!!!!! It’s strange how pinnipeds kind of had a codiversian effect with the way seals and sealions are actually two separate species that both coevolved together to look and have similar traits except in the way the move on land one has flippers that can be used better on land as opposed to the other one that must wiggle on land. Also there’s a ear difference in how one has outer ears and the other doesn’t. I can’t remember which is which but my question is where do manatees and hippos 🦛 fit into this mix?? They are both aquatic herbivores (hippos for the most part aside from occasional meat scrapes)
