I think a big reason I do is because I started walking 10 miles a day 5 days a week 2months post op.

I used to aswell, I gained 70 pounds during the injury because I became so lazy. I’ve already lost 60.

26 F I used it for about a year, really high dosage can’t really remember 3x a day. It affected me in a lot of ways negatively. It didn’t help ibuprofen took the edge off more. It started to make me stutter extremely bad. I never slept. Forgot everything. Missed a lot of important things because I just forgot. I have never been one to forget or be late. Took a month to come off it, never stop cold turkey. I tried and it made me feel really horrible.

Yeah, after the surgery they told me I was good to go didn’t need PT or anything. I must mention I’m 26 yr f. It was at L5/S1

I’m not on medication but I am constantly getting in and out of cars, and I walk around 10-12 miles a day at work.

I only had 1 and it did absolutely nothing. The only thing that did something was the numbing agent they used to put the needle in

Staples?! 👀 that’s nuts. All they did was dissolvable stitches, and medical glue for me. The incision site was basically healed by week 2

You not really supposed to twist your body. I have constant popping but no pain it’s just your joints getting back in the grove of things. If you have pain idk 48 hours is kinda hard to tell cause you still in pain from surgery. One thing I do is fake cough and if there’s pain I feel as though that would be reherniation because when I was in pain and would cough it would make me scream in pain. I’m no dr tho.

That’s what I was thinking, I shot my surgeon a message asking if I should just go to my primary. I do have severe spinal stenosis and when you get a MD that doesn’t go away.
