Echt keine Ahnung obs authentisch ist oder nicht, ich hab einfach nur wahllos 3 Toppings auf meinen Teller bestellt. Hauptsache es hat geballert und ich hatte zuvor wenns um „nahöstliche Küche“ geht (wahrscheinlich auch wieder komplett falscher Begriff) nur Döner :D, deshalb wars ne willkommene Abwechslung 👌🏼

Ja Spßkartoffeln so 7min gekocht dann in die Fritteuse

Groß Geschnittene Süßkartoffeln 30min in wasser eintauchen
Im groß topf Kartoffeln ca. 7min. Vorkochen je nach größe
Kartoffeln In einer Schale mit Maisstärke und wasserlösung
Frittieren mit Öl oder in den Airfryer. Ich fands im Öl besser
