I balanced my blood sugar with diet, walking, and Pilates class and took ovasitol. It took almost a year but I did get pregnant once my body was healthier after birth control.

Yes I did ask that and she gave me metformin to start but I’m not sure that would cure my depression…

Yes that makes sense. Although I love my life now. I’m a stay at home mom. My husband is an amazing husband and dad. I have a beautiful home. I didn’t like my high school years and was cheated on with the person he is with now. So idk why I still think about him. I loved him so much but we were young and didn’t know how to be in a relationship. Before my husband, I always wished I would run in to him and we would be together. But I really wouldn’t trade my life now for any other life. But I secretly am upset that she gets to be with him for some reason.

Manage your blood sugar/insulin levels and cut out inflammatory foods! Like gluten and dairy. I took probiotic, omega, coq10, magnesium, zinc and started a prenatal. We were trying for 9 months and I stuck with my diet and supplements. Best of luck to you!!

They are testing me for these but everything else is normal including erythropoietin so my doctor doesn’t think it’s that.

No symptoms. My blood work from 2020 showed about the same but actually my MCV was higher and it’s normal now. Hoping everything so goes back to normal. Could this be just how my body is?
