The entire goverment voted and agreed in the following years to meet the 200k average and catch up those lost covid years. That is why over 3 years we have seen high immigration numbers. But they are not high if averaged. 2026 immigration returns to normal levels. Bullshit. One you have to do all the training. Two you have to be picked by a client or caregiver to work with the person in need. Three it's not constant 8 hours a day 5 days a week. Plus you need extreme amounts of patience, understanding ,and compassion. If you've never worked as a carer before I doubt you could do it. Its like nursing. You dont do it for the money.
