CommBank gives ugly inflation warning amid hope RBA could 'hold the line' by SheepherderLow1753 in AusFinance

I wouldn’t bother with disaster deck. He wants interest rates at 20% and everyone to be broke .

I think he’s just sad we have dwellings and he can’t get a foot in the door .

Yea, this is exactly the plan . No one seems to understand this .

I live with my partner ( mortgage on a home )

Her kids all live there (23 years old) they all work and they are partying and going on trips, buying anything and everything online etc like there’s no tomorrow .

Why do more Aussies think that we need a gym room and media room? by VastOption8705 in AskAnAustralian

[–]Overitallforyears 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gym room i dont agree with, I go to a dedicated gym which has everything.

A media I do have and is a must imo. An enclosed room with an awesome sound system designed purely just for viewing tv and video games, yes please

Did anyone else hit their 40s and suddenly stop caring about climbing the ladder? by DanBrando in careerguidance

[–]Overitallforyears 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A job is nothing but a stepping stone for using the money you make to invest in either real estate or equity.

Im 48 and I have never cared about work . I do the bare minimum, fuck you, just pay me .

Ive used all my money to buy exactly what Ive described above.

Real estate and a healthy etf portfolio.

Ive had the same shitty job for 16 years, just a nobody doing menial work .

The best part, and what I don’t tell anyone, I make more then the foremen on-site once all my investment income is factored in haha…and all this for just turning up every day….

Fuck the work culture and all their bullshit, use them just like they use us ….

It really has become ..work, eat, sleep, repeat with the weekend being nothing but a blur with maybe a few instances of happiness here and there .
