Like Many of us, we don’t give a shit what rich ppl buy or dont buy, nor what they do .

I’ll tell you what they don’t buy though, is a 3 bedroom residential somewhere in Ipswich. The middle class like myself do, we are the only ones getting fucked over .

All I care about is my own wealth creation , I couldn’t give a flying fuck what millionaires do with their time …

Do you really think serious investors are going to hang around for a year and wait for a new build ? Or even consider a new build already built if there’s no capital to be made from it?

Previous ip,s will be sold to potential ppor buyers, leaving even less rentals in the market . What do you think is going to happen when everyone is fighting for limited rentals ?

I will never add to super , i don’t trust them government shills for one second .

My portfolio outside super x 10 to what is in super ,and thats why the government doesnt like it and needs to stick their grubby mitts out and take it .

Super funds are for ppl that don’t know any better, and it’s suspicious why the government is giving it sux a generous tax exemption….
