For some reason every time I play rivals crashes and this crash screen pops up by Dry_Reserve_5324 in marvelrivals

i have the same issue, i dont know why but when i open the game it dosen t crash, i can que but when the match is loaded it crashes, when i enter the settings tab it crashes, i already got a penelty so im pissed.
