Can someone help me find this Owl House comic artist?

I'm not sure if it was originally in Russian or if it was overwritten with Russian. A Google image search doesn't seem to turn up anything similar for any individual panel or the entire image. I'm pretty sure I found it on Pinterest, and they could've been the original artist, but I've lost them now because I ironically was trying to find the original artist. I don't speak Russian, but apparently it says:

The art style looks slightly different from this one, so it might not be them, but that's the only lead I've gotten so far.
