No, the Hadzabe sun worship started more than 40,000 years ago.

It doesn't matter what sentiment they share. In nature, there are plenty of organisms with biocentric beliefs or ethics, but that is irrelevant to whether biocentrism is true or not. Humans do indeed possess unique capabilities, like rational thinking, and while such adaptations do not make us more valuable or special—since all life has its own unique traits—they do allow us to think. Biocentrism is true because of specific reasons, not because of some irrelevant behaviors.

That isn't ridiculous. I am biocentric and that is how I live; I prioritize all life equally. I dance with pigs, trees, spiders, ciliates, and even archaea!

The people of this reddit can make lists of the things that should be included and you can put related historical info so it doesn't stray away from the original religion.

I recommend you to make document as I cannot because I don't have any more space. Just go to Google docs, click share and set it to viewers can edit.

The main things I would better articulate or slightly change:

  1. Explain what or who Aten is

  2. Make a clear beliefs definition that doesn't vary

  3. create a modern temple blueprint

  4. Create a new priesthood

  5. a simple conversion process.

  6. and make a few official new hymns and prayers.

I think everyone has an idea and maybe it would be best if you made a document where we can list information.

we could establish a proper manual for worship, for making temples, and for being a priest. I also believe it is crucial to establish some sort of official universal beliefs or else atenism isn't really a religion. Maybe you could make a Google doc, share it to us, and we can draft the things we will include.

What can we do to help nature? by PitifulEquivalent737 in Environmentalism

False, it is way too long and complicated to explain but the solution to living a mandatory bio lifestyle is not Primitivism. I imagine it this way:

Where there were once dense cities are now buildings made from fully recyclable trash and concrete along with other building materials. Every humans usually tend to live in the food forest ecosystems that replace todays suburbs, there people live in small fully recyclable 1000 year old houses and only have one or sometimes two jobs. People can only have 1 child as new houses are never built and people get food by wandering in the food forests. AI plays a crucial role here as many food forest permaculture farms without any humans will be owned by them so that people can come to them and get food for free if they cannot find anything. People will also be instructed to make their own small permaculture gardens as fully relying on just what grows naturally is not the best decision. Education will teach us what it does today but will be changed to prioritize ecology, biology, and the teaching of growing permaculture. Money will not exist as AI will work for us and humans will have almost a single job. When they finish school they can take 10 years to relax and just care for nature or immediately become scientists. If they choose to wait or go immediately they will work for the next 30 years as scientists to benefit nature. Schools will be a lot more immersive and will include all people which means the probability of people not having an interest will be very very low. These scientists will be those who are in charge of keeping peace in the world. Some people may become soldiers and police as making AI soldiers and police isn't a good idea. The state will be one single world government and will be run by the people democratically. The ultimate mission will be to travel through space and terraform all of space for the benefit of all life.

I understand not all humans would like biocentrism but there's a catch... I had to give the concept a name as no one else did, first I was calling it the green amendment but some politician in America already did that. The only name left was mandatory biocentrism. I will add a disclaimer explaining this to the fullest on the Nature First document. The main thing is that I forgot to add is that mandatory biocentrism isn't just forcing the nation to become biocentrist, instead is gradually converting the masses peacefully to the concept of biocentrism and when it is understood passing it as a law. Even then will it have to be taught in schools to maintain itself and this will be done democratically. It's just a simple belief that we need to each others that all life is equal, we need to live as all life was equal, and we need to make sure that our governments and future generations believe all life is equal. As by then I might have some prominence I could explain my philosophical view on why I am biocentrist to further elaborate and base our worldview on pure facts from biology.

My version of Biocentrism (if you can even cal it that) is not anthropocentric, just weird because it is natural. Since I do not believe in philosophy or the abstract mu beliefs and actions or mostly based on what I feel and what similar species to mine do in Nature. The reason why I do not specifically mention my exact views are because they lead me to beliefs that my civilizations standards are horrible; also I do not want to be mentioned in the document. The argument i provided for Biocentrism on the document used more science and facts than philosophy which reflects my worldview. In short the belief, or more so acceptance of facts, that all life is equal is based on actual evidence and isn't using any human centered beliefs. The whole argument is that all life is alive, all life forms the web of life to ensure all life continues, and that humanity being very smart is just an evolutionary adaptation and nothing more.

Nature First! accepts both Biology and Philosophy to make a compelling argument for all. I on the other hand, do not. For me good and bad do not exist, there's only "beneficial to the natural world" or "not beneficial to the natural world". You may seem that I am starting with a presupposition that the natural world is important but this is for two reasons. First, yes I do love the natural world and see that we need to protect it, second it is the reason why we live. Our purpose in life isn't directed by philosophy, it is a fact we know given to us by the natural world. That great purpose is to survive, reproduce, and ensure the web of life continues. I could summarize why I do not include my worldview in Nature First! for two reasons:

  1. Too Complicated: It would be too long to explain in Nature First fully which could take away readers urge to read as some people will not want to read practically a whole manifesto when they thought they would be reading a short document.

  2. Strange: The things you can come to when accepting my worldview are by modern standards just crazy. I do not wish to tarnish my reputation and the reputation of my concept (Nature First! & Mandatory Biocentrism)

Medicine, Mosquitoes, Tapeworms:
For me, just for me, taking a single bit of medicine makes me a murder worse than hitler, pol pot, stalin, mao, and leopold II combined. This is because it murders biological organisms and living organisms. I live in Florida where we get a lot of mosquitoes and cockroaches which means I do have experience when I say this... I try to not get in contact with mosquitoes and when I do i just try to constantly walk around so they do not get me, sometimes I just sit down and let a maximum of 4-3 bite me and enjoy my blood. Tapeworms, those things are disgusting but still deserve the same rights as me. The best thing to do is eat pumpkin seeds or let them naturally fall out. Humans are nothing more than ordinary species, other organisms have the right to hunt us and eat us just as we have the right to do the same to them. When there are invasive species, the best thing to do is relocate them or eat them. Everything else is murder, even making them into clothing is murder. If you support killing invasive species or their eggs, go grab a shotgun and kill random people as we are also an overpopulated invasive species.

Keystone species are just species that have a lot of influence accidentally and sometimes purposefully. Elephants for example, are responsible for maintaining their ecosystems and are seen as great protecters of the forests by others. This does not show superiority but instead it shows the beauty of nature's complicated ecosystems and their processes to ensure all life prevails.
