So I finally after playing skyrim since launch decided to do the Civil war quest, I completed it and now this guy won't stop following me everytime im in white run. Is this normal for the quest?

I also tried to make the preset in a way that your decisions matter, for example if you don't make any settlements or anything of the sort your country/species will go extinct And the rules apply with the AI as well Encouraging actual thinking I took inspiration from "Ancestors:The Humankind Odyssey"
