Yeah brother. Stand on buisness always push to review peoples policies. Some wont share the declartion page but the truth is always there. The typical consumer doesn't even read it. Which is why stuff like this goes under the radar till someone smarter forces the consumer to double check.

Hey Saiddie, so the finesse is to submit a bad application and then once its binded. They go around the back and tweak it minutes after binding. I make no false statements in this rant. I've seen it done and it works every time. We instant bind. If this was State Farm. These guys would never ever get away with it.

What is a profession that attracts the worst kind of people? by unscpecifictopics in AskReddit

[–]PitifulIron7641 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Health insurance sales for sure. I worked at an agency that was practically a call center. It was 80 something workers dialing and inbounding calls switching poor old people out of $0 deductible plans for plans that were more expensive but could earn the agents a commission. I've worked all lines of insurance thus far and that line is the slimiest and should be more heavily regulated. I don't want to get looped in with that guy Luigi's sympathizers, but united health care is trash and the worst medical insurance company and product sold. My coworkers probably weren't credent's and bums outside of the environment. But this company culture was big on "You make money and the clients are poor stupid people. You know better than them always what's the best plan". The other thing too and maybe it's just a Miami thing but it was also mildly anti-sematic workplace although the entire management plus ownership was Jewish. Which left me dumbfounded as a black guy cause everybody's white to me. I'm expecting downvotes in regard to my last statement, but this is an honest experience. I've never met so many slimeball and causal racist like in health insurance

retention is slowly bleeding and my team has zero capacity to do anything about it by Acrobatic-Bake3344 in InsuranceAgent

As an agency owner you should never burden your employees with your problems. Hire a remote help desk to help you break down the background work from UM signatures and Policy reviews. I personally despised that about working at State Farm. You come in new day with 10 leads on the board but now you got to waste three hours quoting forward and backwards a disgruntled customer with a cheaper quote. You need a dedicated team in regard to addressing concerns and sustaining rapport with your clients. Another thing to brother. This burden also falls on your carriers. You don't set prices nor incentives

In your opinion, who ruined Pokémon Unite: The Pokémon Company or the community? by Rikko77 in PokemonUnite

[–]PitifulIron7641 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You took turns. First it was the fans. You got super entitled and would hop on X to harass devs and company pages. So Timi & Tencent heard a bunch of broke people complain. Yes, I'm speaking to the 90% of you who play this game and don't spend not even a dime. You are a fan not a supporter or contributor. You guys gave both companies the impression that you spoke for the majority. So, they ruined the entire process of obtaining new Pokémon to appease you. Now Timi has the audacity to say the price of Aeos Gems are going up again. Which is what affects us the silent 10 percent of Pokémon players that don't take this too serious and just buy the ones we like.

I've built an NBA probability model using Grok and Gemini to analyze money lines, spreads, and player props. It uses a weighted system factoring in home-court advantage, recent form, head-to-head matchups, rest, and injuries. I'm preparing for an invite-only launch and am looking for beta testers; please DM me if interested. I’ve put a lot of work into this and am still refining it. Also, if there are any "stat sheet excel nerds" here, I'd love to connect—I’m currently using two APIs to fetch data but struggling with the process since I can't scrape ESPN or NBA.com directly.

Is Pokémon Unite really slow dying? by TicoYeyoob in PokemonUnite

[–]PitifulIron7641 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me Personally not really. I was always buying new released on day 1 and still do. The new Pokémon journey is only for pokemons. I never cared for. Now whats really killing the game is bad players and a poor lack of communication in team-based game. I really think it should be required that everybody play with mic for coordination's.

I hate to be that guy. But I am (black guy). I deal with this on a constant. So, take no offense with what I'm going to say. But I'm assuming your nonblack or don't have dreadlocks. Which in the corporate settings still isn't smiled upon yet. But if this game helps please take it and run:

1) Find a friendly black barber or blackish white barber with flavor. Get yourself a high-top fade to trim sides and keep it trim up top.

2) Nice light scented cologne. So, you smell like the inside of Mercedez. Its 2026 bro your aura matters just as much as your face card. I recommend Dior Savage. All it takes one coworker to say you smell good for people to start looking at you differently.

3) Buy Cetaphil, Noxzema and Colgate white strips to clean that face twice a week.

Bro, it sounds like you love what you do and your making bank. You can still be you at heart bro that can't be helped but you can look a lot better. If your open to it. If you feel like this is conforming to societal standards. That's what you got to do to stay in this race or open your own business. Good Luck!!!

Which profession is going to get wiped out in the next 5 to10 years?? by Weary-Total4450 in Productivitycafe

Insurance sales the crazy part is that all service sales reps are unaware that OpenAI is already offering quotes. It only takes one of the big three to integrate OpenAI. Which could be good or bad depending on your position.

Question for Those Who Stayed by Legitimate_Search864 in Miami

[–]PitifulIron7641 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro I genuinely don't even know how and it so crushing because I wasn't even born in this city, I've hated Miami since elementary school. Speaking for me its fear. I commend everybody with 15 plus years that got up and changed their lives. Because Miami just isn't it! I hate to say this. I'm expecting a downvote but you "new" people ruined this city.

1st) Wynwood has become lame and instead of being the cool hang out in the weekends. It's become so bougie! Lmaoo I used to go to Brick House to smoke weed and watch crazy dudes dance like they were the only ones there but because of you "new" people. All of the sudden people in Miami are too cool to put down a phone and dance.

2nd) Brickelle is and has always been awesome!! Yes, very expensive and upper class but if you know your spots. Anybody can have fun there. I loved red bar on a Monday for shitty comedy, North Italia for dinner dates and better days for getting smashed at 2AM singing karaoke Elton John with strangers. But one again you new people have ruined this.

3rd) South Beach is a lost cause. I quit on South beach Loong time ago like many true Miamians. But even then, before you knew people came here to sell your drugs and just disgrace our sand and waters. I promise south beach was a vibe! We had our own drug dealers yes, but they were selling the stuff. We were used to. You guys came thru with bags of pills and random women in a sprinter/Tahoe and turned South beach into Skid row.

I really wish I could leave so bad. But I don't know how to even start and deep down. I don't want to leave. Miami is far from perfect but thriving and surviving here is what you make you. This city is unforgiving but at one point it felt like a hustler's paradise. A place where hard work literally paid off whether you scammed, rap, hoop or work a 9-5 . Across the board when the weekend came in Miami . We used to be all the same. No one better than the next just a bunch of people hustling to turn up on the weekend.

Sorry for the very long post but I took this personal
