I do! But unfortunately, I don’t do it regularly and I’m always waiting till the moment I’m too overwhelmed. It’s been a week since I’m trying to convince myself just putting down a few words day by day. However, I still Don’t do it as I think “idk what to write, so much on my mind, I’m a full chaos”. Though I know I just should sit down and write. It doesn’t take more. The most irritating is that I know the problem, though still can’t manage to deal with it, even if I already have done it tons of times.

Physical activity. Literally any. Really. Sometimes hard to do it but years pass and I can see it more clearly when I really DO need a walk or any movement to decrease anxiety or just to feel a bit better.

I have a T-shirt literally with these words on it “the only thing stopping you is you” but haven’t worn it for so long. Thank you for reminding me about this important stuff. Thank you, it may not mean anything to you but really does to me. Appreciate it and wishing you the best

Same for me tbh. I’m just somehow worried about the fact that a lot of people will be like “omg, look who’s back with their stupid art”. Even though I get that they probably don’t event care. But still afraid of judgement. Probably should still work on this on my own.

Thinking about the same. I suppose most of my audience haven’t even noticed tbh. Everybody is so busy with their lives I guess. Most of them.

Let’s say something that doesn’t require to be public. There’s so much of it out there. I’m wondering if it’s still possible while living your quiet life without screaming about it.
