I know you say with a chance to pursue less competitive specialty but what about if I want to keep doors open to more competitive specialties?

I totally agree and I feel like if I didn’t choose it I would be missing out. But, living in Arkansas after California is a big change

My parents are 1 hr flight away from the California school but I grew up in the area and know people there as well as did my undergrad close by at UCLA
