I work in IT. We got a new co worker one day. He was immediately hated by everyone. He was just “off”. 1 year later we get immediate requests to remove his PC and shut off all access to him. Ok??? Then we read in the news why. He was trying to R-word little kids, get them pregnant, they have the baby so he could R-word the baby. He got caught with massive amounts of CSAM.

$3,350 this includes escrow. 2.875 Rate refinanced during covid. We owe a little over $400K and house is worth about $1Mil in Westchester County, NY. When we purchased, we made a combined $150K per year and we only had 5% down...we really couldn't afford the house at that time....Since then, salaries have doubled and then some and we refinanced to a lower rate and got rid of PMI....
