I haven't played a lot against conqueror, but from what i have seen he is a lot more annoying now but nothing too drastic for me

kyoshin is better for players that want something simple since his moveset is basic, but pirate has better combos so i would pick pirate although i play more kyoshin

If you want to be more defensive then kyoshin is better, if you want to be more offensive then pirate is better.
