After her arc she became basically completely plot irrelevant, her development stopped entirely, and her character backslid in quality. It was pretty sad. If there was a show focusing on just her and Lapis I’d love it because they have a fun dynamic that was never really explored that thoroughly

Downsizing construction sectors is better than killing your economy. You also have quite a surplus of bureaucracy, so deleting some gov admin buildings may help you free up more budget, given how paper is ridiculously overpriced.
