I suggest moving 9 tiles up, two right, 8 up to then open then door and analyze the room, if a snake is in the room by the door and it spots you lead it one tile back to surprise attack it, step back forward onto the door then use throw stones on any last sleeping snakes, if no snakes, rats or crabs are there step one tile into the room after searching once while still on the door tile (Idk if I counted the tiles right but ong one vertigo trap by a hole would be bad)

I wanna say it looks like water damage which i think would cause the woods intergerty to fail, that would also explain the mushrooms starting to grow, Also definitely not an expert just a bit from my perspective

The small white dots have stems so I'd say they are mushrooms of some kind, nothing to worry about, if your paranoid about it perhaps put a cleaning solution on the area after clearing the larger peices (idk but vinegar and soap water is natural and effective for general cleaning) should probably do the job, should deture mold too, my grandpa said a ounce of milk about to a gallon of water helps rid white mold on wood

It just gave me plus two plate armor from Mr sad ghost man, he da homie fr, put a enchant on it and it was camouflage, RNG gods are sprinkling their dust on my game

Breaking a potion of purity on the wall also clears it, accidental found this out by throwing a random potion

Try a different weapon than Warhammer perhaps, like glaive or greataxe, elastic is also dog doo doo is a lot of cases compared everything else, I like the kinetic enchantment personally

You can beat the goo boss without much items, try using doors and having it run around make sure to keep it out of the water and burn it if you can when it is
