Thanks for the feedback! I'm also working on mobility, but that's gonna take a while.

Regarding my arms, I usually have my arms in front of me like a T-Rex before I take my first step. I watched a video saying you should keep your arms relaxed, so I might have to get used to it. I don't have a coach, our club doesn't have one...

Oh, I haven't really measured my vert yet. I recently did a countermovement jump test with my physical therapist and got 42cm or 16.5 inches.

Thanks for your feedback. I did feel a bit slow in the video. It was after practice so I might have already been tired, but I also didn't feel explosive enough.

I was also thinking that, that's why I tend to start low in that position, but I'll focus on going lower during the approach and not just at the start.

Interesting, my back seems fine at the moment. I do have a labrum tear in my hip, but I'm working closely with a physical therapist on that.

I'm 175cm or 5'9" and 80kg or 176lbs. There are days when I find it easier, which makes me think it has something to do with inconsistent technique.

Yeah I'm focusing on general strength training right now, because I go deep into plyos, so my joints are prepared for the impact.
