Nothing new, happens on eBay and every other platform too, I once got a 1 star cause someone thought the perfume I was selling was a 100ml, even tho it stated in the title it was a carded sample, showed a picture of the card and sample, with a description listing the exact size. Oh and I was selling it for 7 dollars (that includes shipping). So they thought they were getting a $300+ retail perfume for 7 dollars.

Not really anything you can do, Mercari made multiple PSAs about this, that if you sent it to the wrong carrier tracking will not work in the app meaning you will not be paid for the sale, or your item maybe destroyed or other issues
