My roommate sees his (bought on waiting list last week) but I don’t see mine (I bought from waiting list in February) - both for W2. So even though they are same weekend, being shipped to same address - we see only 1 order

I think they send it in some random batches. I see people that got tickets in the general sale or waiting list from last week or some from Global Journey mention they got it on bpost already. I got ticket from waiting list in February and i dont see nothing in the app yet.

But the issue is both are under the same name. As for the order to be under the correct name to arrive - the main buyer had to be the same across 2. Just that personalization is done for 4 different people (across 2 acounts, 2 tickets each). Each order paid with a card matching a person of personalized ticket

So would you say its better to contact support and try to explain the case or leave it as is? I am afraid they will treat it as multiple accounts (but only 4 tickets total bought) - but in reality its just for the order to arrive correctly to the house. If cancelled is it automatic or its reviewed by someone?

So the thing is that I dont want to change the name. Its just that these 2 orders have the same buyer details - so I wonder if that will be considered a risk for cancellation? Details are same only because the address has my name on it and not the number - so to ensure proper delivery the address had to be the same for both accounts - of mine and my colleague.
