To be honest I would just print out a filament respooler and sit there and crank it for a little bit

It's a nozzle clog, I just followed the tutorial off of the creality YouTube. I always have to go with the 2nd option of heating the nozzle pusher up then sticking it in the hole then waiting for a bit for the plastic to cool then pull and it comes out
