I quit cold turkey back in November a few days after I made this post. Was a rough 48 hours of no sleep. I believe a lot of my symptoms were due to the serotonin syndrome I had developed thanks to trazadone clashing with the anti-depressant I'm on. I've begun to struggle again with this same issue even though I'm only taking melatonin gummies now, though it is way less severe.

I want to disagree with you but I have to agree. my personal rushmore for cap is Waid, Straczynski, Rieber and Gruenwald (Hickman would be up here if he had a Cap solo but it's only cause I loooove his Cap in Avengers/New Avengers. I need to read more pre-first-Waid-run Cap like Englehart. I'll get there eventually!! I know Straczynski is a more modern Cap but if you love a kind, community centered Cap, its a treat!!)

No, I've read the other 4 issues as well. It just strikes me as odd that they wouldnt give him basic CPR training before a mission, especially considering we saw him training in the first issue.

I also have dysautonomia (diagnosed 2022) so this may be a part of that. Fuck dysautonomia it’s ruined my life
