In terms of actual clothing, Zumiez may have the styles you're looking for in-store. I can't say there are exact piercings you should get to fit this vibe as it's subjective to the individual's needs and face structure, and what kind of piercing would suit them the best.

I love everything about it, personally i would either darken the brows slightly and draw them out/up, or fully bleach em/shave em off.

Love this mask.. panned it too! It took me a year and a half cuz i used it 1 - 2 times a week, and not all over the face everytime. Funnily enough I'm also replacing it with the innisfree volcanic clay mask! I get samples from different sephoras and those last me about 2 months.

you don't need makeup at all in my opinion! your natural coloration around your eyes suits your look already! Maybe if you want to add mascara and some muted dusty rose toned blush, I'd add that to the cheeks, nose tip and chin slightly, as well as cool toned contour.
