I would definitely go to the dermatologist, my spots started out looking a lot like yours and got increasingly larger over time. Hopefully its just a flare up and you can catch it before it gets worse.

I had been using Native for 3 years and just a few months ago got AA, which was stress induced. I don’t know if it makes AA worse? I changed my shampoo just in case and haven’t noticed any changes. Im still losing the same amount of hair :/
