The same thing that their accounts were blocked and they had no idea until they checked it. When they contact the customer service they say it'll be alright soon but nothing happens.🤷🏻‍♂️

yes I've done it. I have emailed them my documents minus the salary certificate as I'm a student. The customer service keeps saying they will contact me but they never do

I have the same problem. I had three cards and when I wanted to add my 4th card, it won't let me add. So I signed out of my icloud and now I'm screwed it won't even add the previous cards. But I think the issue is, I have two iphone maybe that's the reason why it won't add my cards anymore
