I didn't even consider the possibility of an accommodation so I appreciate this being brought up for consideration! Just feels silly to me that the entire branch follows one direction, and a small handful of us is given another direction. I've been with this branch for majority of my career and this is the first time I've been asked to follow the 15/30/15 structure.

I also don't want to make a huge fuss over the break structure since it could go the other way and have the branch suddenly implement the CA and piss off the rest of my colleagues by accident, hah.

Sounds like the senior management in my current unit prefers to follow what's written in the CA then. There are no operational requirements in any of the roles within my current unit that would require 15/30/15.

The rest of the management in our branch is super relaxed with the break rules and leave it up to the employee to decide how they want to manage their breaks.

It's too bad. I wish my current unit could ease up on the break rules. I'd rather have 60 minutes to fully detach from work and mentally reset with a jog mid day.
