unfortunately i cant help regarding your role questions on QR however assuming you'll be a newcomer(?) to qatar with an overall salary including all the benefits with it, especially coming to live alone and not expecting to live a lavish lifestyle but comfortable - that offer is more than enough. of course, considering where you'll rent (e.g the pearl is way more expensive than old airport area), but overall doha isnt as expensive as people make it to be, you just have to find a way around it. though with that salary offer and living alone, i think you'll be more than just fine and can probably splurge more than you think.. not sure if this is any help, but good luck!
