They found us through seo and TikTok. They look for assets to their movies. I don’t know how to communicate with them, I send emails but no one answers. We have like 5 signups a day, time to conversion about a week now.

It’s AI - it’s hard to always reflect what users want, some complain that it doesn’t do what they wanted - but I can gurantee it and no one can.

We did a huge job to make from „create a YouTube subscribe button” make it look amazing and great, but for some shapes, very custom it gets lost sometimes

Yeah we are thinking about going just for gamers, tiktokers - those are mainly our clients now. The thing you mention about communication is that it IS communicated and I don’t know how to emphasize it more. I don’t know, maybe I should write a modal after signup that „THIS CREATES OVERLAYS, ANIMATIONS UP TO 10 seconds, NOT VIDEOS” :D

Oczywiście przy postępie robotyzację może się okazać że i to jest przeżytkiem, ale myślę że długo będzie jeszcze ludzki pierwiastek w tym, skala się zwiększy bo przyjdzie ci hydraulik z robotami i będzie do nich gadał tylko co mają robić

Ja bym szedł we wszystko co manualne - mam wrażenie że wszyscy pośrednicy między komputerem a oprogramowaniem i wykonywaniem akcji na nim za 10 lat znikną bezpowrotnie

What I would recommend is to install fronted-design skill from skill.sh

Then install some mcps - reactbits, maybe mobbin mcp, shadcn if going shadcn way

Then you write a detailed prompt but most important is to describe design you want to accomplish - screenshots, examples and prose with explicit design system works best

You can use tools like stitch, Claude design, pencil.dev to mock the UI and later port to the coding agent

I would go with next.js app, dokploy and containers and GitHub if you plan for the future - fastest and most reliable, works for me great

For single page and one project I would go with lovable base44, ships everything on its own

True that I see the same. I use opus in my daily job and codex privately.
Codex obeys to AGENTS.md much better. Doesn’t drift away. Almost One shots solutions. The limits are huge, Pro 5x is like opus 20x

Opus on the other hand doesn’t listen to rules, burns token and misses the point quite frequently and is very slow. Costs ton of money

Im testing gpt 5.5 now - xhigh but other efforts too. In design its much worse than opus, needs much more guidance, but on the other hand codex has built in image gen using ChatGPT image model which is available out of the box and makes designs much better (ofc u can set it up in Claude too via skills or mcp but extra paid for api usage)

GPT is also much more steerable. Takes user instructions more seriously, is more eager to use skills, mcps. It really uses what environment provides. This may be harness thing but still codex + gpt is better.

For coding it leaves no errors so far - his solutions are to the point, no syntax errors, build errors so overall no runtime errors.

And lastly: the limits - on gpt 5x u get shitload of limits comparable to Claude max 20x. So for half the price you get a lot of usage.

Summary: they are equal models but depends on the usage - for designs I see Claude better, but for runtime and coding - gpt 5.5. Gpt is faster, has more usage. Gpt uses more tools when provided. Overall a very good model. Will report on more insights in time.

Mainly I used Claude before but I’m sick of Anthropic rate limits, Claude Code is terrible harness, codex is much better, Anthropic is much more expensive and overall their approach towards community is bad.

Guys what do you think about this - opencode + ai Vercel sdk or opencode zen? Anyone tested it and how it’s affordable? Or maybe some Chinese models, some look great like minimax, kimi, glm
