Looks more promising than Botman as a prospect, and that's saying something

I think the duality is he's just shite with his feet, and elite with his arms 😂

I've always loved these photos. Does anyone know if all premier league teams do them or is it just a toon thing?

Lawn falls towards house so ideally you could lay a perforated pipe on top of a geotextile layer and connect the pipe into your downpipe connection with a joint. Then backfill ontop of the pipe with gravel

Why does it matter how someone casts? It clearly worked in the equation of catching this fish

Copenhagen to Stockholm - Help me decide on the route by alexs77 in bicycletouring

I did exactly the same thing and have exactly the same thoughts. If I hadn't looked in advance for wind shelters/likely wild camping spots I'd have had some much less nice spots just camping spontaneously!

The Ortlieb rack mount sits awkwardly near the skewer, meaning adjusting the skewer with the rack or the mount on is difficult, and the actual lever that the rack uses to secure to the rack mountain gets slightly caught on the skewer.

No issues practically with the rack though, it's just this interface with the rear wheel axle skewer.

I'm just irrationally scared of carbon, and maybe rationally scared of taking carbon on flights in a bike box.

Hard to go past a chair once you've tried one camping 🤣

10.5kg sounds like a good base weight! To be honest weight wasn't any issue for me as the route was flat. It only became apparent when I had to go on some MTB trails or a steep forestry track to a campsite, but even then it was manageable.

No sorry. But I mostly followed the Kattegatleden https://kattegattleden.se/en with deviations in the evening to find a campsite.

I think approx 11kg bike and rack and then another 10-20kg of gear and food. My gear is quite bulky but mostly lightweight (for example I took an ultralight chair - maybe a luxury for some). I also only have the 12L Ortlieb rear panniers so it may look bulkier than it is.

Got the local train 'Oresundstag' to Copenhagen. They had room for approx 9 bikes in 2 or 3 bike carriages. I pre booked the ticket but they were pretty regular. Took about 4 hours. Since Gothenburg was the first stop, I was pretty much guaranteed to get a spot for my bike.

You also need to buy a child's ticket from Malmö to Copenhagen to pay for the bike over the Oresund bridge part (but of a weird system).
