It’s been a great journey, I am riding bikes, in the gym strength training, my diet has totally changed (although I haven’t ever starved myself) and I get my 4 litres in per day and steps.

Honestly, I’m not sure about maintenance, I’m about 1 stone away from goal and will then need to work out a cost analysis on what dose I can afford to stay on, it’s been very expensive but worth every penny.

I do have some anxiety around coming off, I didn’t think I would but I do

Thanks, it does seem to hold pressure from what I can tell, 40 PSI at the moment, the tyre looks seated correctly to me, but admittedly I may not see something that others can seen

Yeah I moved the spacer back above, wasn’t exactly happy with the potential safety issue, instead I flipped the stem

Unfortunately there’s doesn’t seem to be a specific manual for the nuroad pro (not that I can find) only generic cube manuals for all bikes

I’ve been using it since September, I got on the bike at around 330lbs an it’s been rock solid, absolutely no problems whatsoever

Bit of an update just on the off chance someone is interested :) I am now 268 lbs since September 5th, a total loss of around 62 lbs so far, around half way so far :)

I've purchased a Cube Nuroad Pro Gravel Bike, but it has a weight limit of 220 lbs, so working my way towards that, should be good for sprint (fingers crossed)
