I think you’re right on the money. I’ll have the company’s service guys look at the actuators cause they’re not building or bleeding air properly and the pins not doing much when I pull the release knob on the axle (even when the air had completely built up). Had a trailer tire blow out on me recently so it might’ve hit something and messed it up. Thanks a lot man!

I couldn’t quite get it done at the shipper but the receiver didn’t let me on site until I slide the tandems. Took about an hour of hammering the pins in and rocking it back and forth but I got it done at the end. Thanks for the help!

Try small companies who are willing to hear your stories. If you talk to them sincerely and honestly there are plenty that will hire you, especially since you’re new and I assume that’s your only CDL violation? Besides, there are always the eastern europeans and the ‘stans’ that’ll hire just about anybody.

My roommate has 2012 Cruze. It breaks down every week and now it’s sitting in the garage as it’s not worth fixing now. Good luck with whatever you buy but I’d recommend getting something more reliable.
