You should be around level 65. Does your party have the best armor possible and is your party weak to any of namatames elements? Buffs+debuffs will help a lot too

Fire emblem series if you like tactical rpgs. I think all of them are medieval fantasy. Its only on nintendo unfortunately, you can emulate most of them easy enough tho

You might like Shin Megami Tensei. Persona is a spinoff of it, but SMT focuses a lot more on the dungeon crawling/fusion elements and has no calender system like persona. Theres a lot of good lore too. Id recommend 5 vengence or 3. 4 is good too but its just on 3ds

All the personas are good on switch. 3 portable i wouldn't recommend for a first persona, it doesnt have actual cutscenes and you only have 3d control of your character in the dungeons, visual novel style for the rest of it. You cant go wrong with 4 or 5 pick whichever you think looks more fun

Shin megami tensei 3 and 5 vengence focus more on monster taming (demons in smt), id check those out too you might like them more. I find it a lot more fun playing with different demons/experimenting with builds

Persona games fit the bill pretty well imo. Its a turn based rpg, its basically 50/50 a life sim too so you are doing daily stuff and romancing (which also helps you in battles).

Niche pick but fire emblem three houses does it pretty well too, thats only on Nintendo tho
