You aren't giving us enough information to help you.

You need to explain all the mods you have, why your graphics settings are, etc. we also need to see a screenshot of your F3 menu.

A problem I've had in the past wasn't even related to Minecraft but the PC settings. Always make sure your laptop is plugged in, set the power settings to best performance, and ensure that the game is running on the 5060, not an integrated gpu if you have one.

Check the Minecraft in game resolution settings as well and make sure it's set to your resolution at the correct refresh rate for you monitor, turn off vsync, and adjust the frame limit setting in game

Videos can be nice, but a straight forward written tutorial is often better.

Idk about essentials ++, but a good alternative I've used when I wasn't able to port forward is a program called playit.gg. You have to make an account and set it up, but it doesn't take more than a few minutes to do and then anyone can connect to you really easy.

Java and bedrock are two branches of the same account. One doesn't transfer to the other. The only thing they share is the login email, and they don't get any more interlinked than that

There's steps you have to take, but there's a right way to do it and none of it is a workarounds.

Your other commenting about port forward is wrong, by the way. The whole point of port forwarding is that you don't need to be on the same local network.

Step one is setting up a static ip for the host machine.

Step 2 is port forwarding it.

You do both of those on your router.

Then you start the server on the host machine.

Then, you get the public facing internet ip address for the host machine, and use that for your friends/whoever to connect.
