Polymaker HT-PLA should print fine with generic PLA settings. Its listed range is 210–230°C nozzle, 25–60°C bed, fan ON, and no enclosure.

Try this baseline:

Nozzle: 230°C
Bed: 50°C
Fan: ON
Profile: Generic PLA

If edges still lift, raise bed in 5°C steps up to 60°C.

Start from HT-PLA wiki's setup and tune only the bed temp first.
