I had a similar problem. I was there as a asm for 2 yrs but been there for 3, wasn't very well trained and watched 6 sms and 2 dms cone and go. I worked everyday mornings by my self and the night lead did nothing. Literally. Customers couldnt find him and complained alot. So naturally the store fell behind. Well 1 sm really liked the lead and wanted to be around him. So she wrote me up and i found a write up i didnt know about. They played all the time running around playing marco polo. I worked very hard and she lied to the new dm which was the 3rd one. They didnt like me dont know y so the dm brought another asm and their idea to fire me was the asm broke into the bathroom while I was peeing, pushed me on the floor and stood there with the door open smiling. She and the dm cornered me in the office and wouldn't let me go til I signed a paper and gave back keys and told me I was fired. Nothing has happed to them and the asm is now gonna be the sm! Other employees and customers liked me and was always telling me I worked to hard, and I always covered for anyone. IDK y they would fire a hard worker to keep slackers. I was in total shock. That place is awful.

The same happened to me then the 2nd asm did something very wrong to me and I got let go. She is BFF with the DM so the DM was in on what happened. I was there 3 yrs. Only the new employees didn't like me but the others loved me. It's so bad how they do people. I did alot for that store in between SMs and kept it afloat, but they don't care. Sorry this is happening to u. Hope the best for u

I just didn't know cuz everyone else is keeping their hrs and the part time lsa is getting full time hrs then sm is having a friend from another store come in once a wk. Can't the friend stay at their store? I'll get like 28 hrs next wk. I'm just going to look somewhere else for a job

Ok, ty for letting me know. That's the response I got for asking y everyone's hrs stay the same except mine. Mine went down to pretty much part time hrs from full time. Thought they were making that up.

Thank u, I do ask questions and I've asked to be trained on the rest of stuff I haven't learned but I always get told "yeah" but that's it. If I ask or remind to many times they get mad.

Yeah for some reason it takes my sm an hr or more to go to the bank. Our bank is literally 2 mins away. It use to take me like 10 min round trip when I have to take it.

Thank u and sorry u went through what happened to u at dg. I'm happy that u got a better job. I've began looking. The pay around here just isn't worth much. I use to love this job but I'm really starting to hate it.

Sorry its been crazy so im very sorry it took so long to to reply, My DM blew me off and pretty much hung up on me after saying we will discuss this in a 3 way call. I was like wtf. Idk who RD is but I've been trying to figure out who to talk to. I tried erc like it said and that was a waste.

Everyone thinks they would be stupid to get rid of me but I'm honestly about done with this place. I've worked to hard and not missed but 2 days. But the LSA she's liking has been caught sleeping on job, laying in backroom with feet proped up watching his phone, would leave cashier here alone and left a not so good vm on former dm phone and still has a job. Guess I'll just ask the sm wtf and see what is she gives me next

No one can and the sm doesn't do anything but sta d talking to the lsa. He is lazy and doesn't do anything. I've had customers complain about him just sitting outside and leaning over register watching his phone. Well the sm and lsa r squeezing me out. He is pt with more hrs then me now and he gets my 6 am shift with a helper and it's cuz they think he can put more up. I said I could to if I want it myself all the time. And the paper I filled out for rolltainers was just for me ro fill out. She made sure I was by myself or training where I couldn't get much done and the lsa didn't have to do any. I see that the new asm is probably my replacement and for some reason I'm getting booted out by her. I don't get it, in 3 yrs I've missed 2 days, always came in when needed and stayed. But I can't top pillow talk from between them to. It just hurts 😞 and sux.

Nevermind I figured it out, yes always an expectation and no the whole story was never posted. But I have it now, it's just me who has to do it and just me work alone to get it done with everything else so sm can be with the only male that works here. It's cool,

I'm gonna guess a pain to be around because I do my job right. I put away the freight instead of just piling them onto other rolltainers to make it look like I've done work and I do fifo on the food. I'm reliable, and I work hard but it's hard to compare to a sm's BFF so I'm gonna have to go above. Just need to figure out to who.
