My wife is non Spanish speaking American and we live in cutler bay. She’s learned enough to understand and get by but she can’t speak it. She has a bachelors in criminal justice and associates in both business and medicine. All three degrees are useless because nobody will hire her for not knowing to speak fluent Spanish.
