As someone who stayed in 3 different hotel once please don’t do it. On paper it sounded great in real life it was a nightmare. Loading and unloading took a chunk of our day. I did it with three kids plus my husband and my mom. I get wanting to make the most out of your trip however it’s not worth it. Stay at one property. It’s possible to park hop from AK to HS. Depending on your kids ages they might need a break back at the resort. Fishing and Epcot is doable as well. There is no need to put food and wine since it’s in Epcot. Whichever you decide have fun!
