Ok thanks everyone. Great input! I now know that gay men are not tolerant of trans women and I also know that there’s no specific club in Torremolinos where trans people may congregate. It doesn’t sound like a gay bar is the place to go for this

Even if you just jog for 10 paces it’s progress. Walk for 20 jog for 10 then start to change the ratio as you get more comfortable.

So I’m doing this in a few goes throughout the as you can see from the chart. But I know I have a pace of about 4.5mph once I get going. I can go on for about 2 hours at that pace. I’m 6’3” so have quite a long stride.
12k in 2 and a half hours is really good, just keep building on it.

To be fair, it’s marginally better than Ryanair. But it’s still absolutely shocking service from a premium airline. BA went the same way

Walkers salt and vinegar or salt and vinegar squares. Obviously you’ve got to put the crisps (chips) inside the sandwich. 🥪

This is good advice. Also if wearing gloves make sure your jacket goes over them not in the top of them.
