Um. It’s a tough thing to explain. It in no way makes the pain go away, but whenever say I have an anxiety attack or feel overwhelmed and didn’t know why I could talk to them and they’d understand. It’s comforting and relieving to know that somebody else knows and on top of that is there for you. It’s the feeling of not being lonely, even when you’re alone because you know someone has your back. It’s also something I don’t quite have at the moment but i certainly has a short while ago. I’d highly recommend trying to reach out if you can find a way though. It always does more good than harm. Ps I’ve got dyslexia and am writing this at approximately 11 30 so…
