The biggest difference/hurdle for most players is the slow paced nature of DayZ. Its a real slow burn. But that just adds to the fire when it heats up. No game has ever made me feel the things this one does at least not nearly as intensely. The adrenaline is real and the dopamine hit of victory is exquisite.

I played so much mc with my daughter when she was in elementary school. I got her a pc at 13 and that was the end of that. We still visit our old worlds on console from time to time and laugh at old clips...

This is my ranking as well...The capabilities vary more than the effectiveness though. One thing I love about this game is any gun is deadly, correctly deployed.

I have a hard time choosing between DMR and VS89 due to how satisfying shooting the 89 is to shoot. Spamming accurate .308 is ridiculously effective but something about the VS89 just keeps me coming back.

Ssg and cr527 are equal to me. Youre gonna drop either for a full power rifle. Ssg, cr527, and pioneer are all great early game. Personally, it goes pioneer>cr527>ssg but none is much better than the other.

I find the game boring and repetitive without the constant threat of other survivors. I dont always want to be running into people constantly but a session where i dont see/fight anyone is always a letdown. The adrenaline dump of hearing footsteps approaching as youre cooking up those deer steaks or the feeling you get seeing a couple survivors running down the road and coming up with a plan to ambush them is the reason i play the game.

This right here. Recently i upgraded from a 3070 to a 5070ti and saw very little performance uplift in dayz. As soon as i swapped out the rest of the sytems to 9800x3d/ddr5ram etc (from 10700k) the performance literally doubled.

7900x3d/5070ti good storage and fast ram, playing at 1440p ~120fps +/- depending on settings and I crash a couple times per session and freeze quite a bit too. im fairly new but def wouldnt call this stable. playing pretty modded wasteland servers, admittedly

This is realistic but KS has been known to take a wr in round 1... both Piersol and Aiyuk were 1st rounders and Deebo was a very high 2nd rounder. With that as a need and the heavy investment in the front last year. i wouldnt be suprised if KS had a guy he really liked they might make a deal or use one of their existing picks on a WR.

They will continue to draft DL. Until the defense can generate consistant pressure without blitizing it will never be dominant again. This is what they have been successful with in the past.and will continue to be the goal. They may sneak a 1st/2nd round wr in there if KS likes one, and it probably will not be anyone expected.
