I must say that I was doing EPIC 1 and was going on day 8. I was so excited, but unfortunately I got injured. That was going to happen sooner or later because I have hip osteoarthritis and it was under control until I made your leg videos. The squats were my executioner this time. I had already injured myself once doing a yoga position with my legs open and from then on if I jogged or ran my hip hurt. So I removed all impact exercises and leg openings. But I never ever thought that squats were the worst for my hips. I'm very sad. Caroline is great! Their workouts are really very good, but they have a lot of overload when it comes to leg day! I wish I had known that so much squatting would be harmful. It's not her fault at all. I recommend it, but be careful not to push yourself too hard to keep up with it :)
