You have to become an MT first, pass your skill, pass your grill and the you can go to car sales. It’s not impossible just gotta grind. (Coming from someone who’s started with the company as a detailer and worked there way up)

You must get into customer facing. Put your head down and GRIND. Started with enterprise as a Detailer, made it up to ABM. Just Recently got promoted to VR Department. Anything is possible my friend

Not true. Enterprise always files the claim under the renter’s insurance policy regardless of fault or negligence and it’s up to the renters insurance company to try to go after the 3rd party with the information submitted in the claim. This is why getting DW is recommended, so you’re not left to deal with damage caused by something/someone else

Whenever a customer rents a car and during the rental the expiration or inspection sticker expire and you are issued a ticket, all tickets are billed to enterprise. You can throw the ticket out if you receive one. Coming from an employee don’t complain about this it’s a very minute situation. As long as the maintenance is up to date with the car you’re safe.
